Organic orange fibre fabric is a beautiful, ethical, eco-friendly, animal-free, organic fabric made by spinning the cellulose extract from the peels of oranges. Orange fibre fabric looks and feels like silk. It is 100% recyclable. The fabric is EPFC* certified.
Carla has slow hand-dyed the fabric with care and patience, using botanicals & plant. matter. Non-toxic metals are used for the mordant process. Each wrap will vary in shade and colour pattern due to being individually dyed.
Being made from citrus, the natural oils within the fabric contain vitamins A, C and E. Upon contact, these vitamins are released and absorbed through the skin and last for up to 20 washes of the wrap.
If your wrap needs a wash, dip it in a bucket of cool water with a capful of gentle soap, let it sit for 20 minutes and then rinse it out in fresh water. Air dry.
